2026 UDW Project Summit unites colleges, workforce, labor & state leaders to strengthen pathways for California’s working adult learners.

This full-day convening will highlight cross-sector implementation insights, elevate adult learner experiences, and strengthen alignment across education and workforce systems. Participants will explore what is working, identify opportunities for improved coordination, and advance practical strategies that connect adult learners to high-quality programs and career opportunities.

Through leadership perspectives and regional collaboration, the day is designed to support shared learning and coordinated action in service of adult learners pursuing education and career advancement.

The program will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. Breakfast (optional) and lunch will be provided.
